July 19, 2007 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #15 Item Title C-14 2007-2008 Interagency Integrated Services Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and Clay Behavioral Health Center Issue/Rationale Free assessment and testing were offered by Clay Behavioral Health Center due to increase in alternative school placement for drug offenses and continued use of drugs while student is attending BLC. Recommended Action Approve the 2007-2008 Interagency Integrated Services Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and Clay Behavioral Health Center as submitted. Financial Impact Funding is provided through the Department of Children & Families for drug/alcohol intervention.
